Structural- Substructure Engineer

As a Structural-Substructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of offshore substructures, playing a key role in multidisciplinary engineering projects. Your proficiency in structural analysis and design, coupled with strong communication skills and teamwork, will be essential in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze offshore substructures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver comprehensive structural engineering solutions.
• Utilize structural analysis software (SACS) and Mathcad for precise engineering calculations and analysis.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international standards and best practices in structural engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Structural Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an engineering company.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the position of Structural-Substructure Engineer.
• Extensive experience in greenfield structural basic and detailed engineering within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proficient in structural design and analysis of offshore substructures, particularly jackets.
• Expertise in using Structural Analysis Computer System (SACS) and Mathcad for structural analysis.
• Good knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Strong communicative skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
