We are looking for a Site Administrator for a Project in Botlek-Rotterdam. Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of the project. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing office logistics to interfacing with regional offices and contractors, making it an essential part of our project’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- General reception duties, including switchboard cover and greeting visitors.
- Admin interface with regional offices and site facilities contractors.
- Raising local purchase orders for site purchasing and interfacing with contractor admin support.
- Arranging site transport, logistics, and coordinating IT and communications support.
- Maintaining the induction database, booking inductions, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Compiling, maintaining, and issuing internal telephone directories.
- Managing requisitions, ordering, and stocking levels of stationery.
- Supporting the Site Program Manager with general administrative duties, including taking and distributing minutes of meetings (MOMs).
- Assisting with new starter onboarding, maintaining weekly movement/holiday charts, meeting room schedules, and booking hire cars, hotels, and catering for the project team.
- Organizing courier services as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Education: Relevant education and additional qualifications to support the role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certifications: VCA VOL, basic first aid/fire safety training.
- Language: Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Documents: Two recent references, copies of educational certificates, right to work verification and ID checks
