Are you an E&I Design Discipline Manager that is fluent in Dutch and are you eager to work on innovative HV offshore substation projects and O&G brownfield/skid related activities? Our client is a leader in delivering advanced engineering solutions that shape the future of the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design discipline.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel within the discipline.
- Provide coaching and guidance on career planning, education, and training opportunities.
- Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Plan manpower, resource allocation, and recruit new personnel as needed.
- Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
- Must be fluent in Dutch.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience with an engineering company.
- Proven experience in Greenfield lumpsum projects.
- At least 20 years of experience in E&I design, covering both basic and detailed engineering projects.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing E&I design teams during detailed engineering phases.
- Strong experience working with international clients and adapting to different cultural contexts.
- Excellent communication and editing skills.
- Demonstrates a solution-oriented attitude and a well-developed sense of responsibility.
- Extensive experience in E&I design, including high voltage (HV), medium voltage (MV), and low voltage (LV) systems, telecommunication, fire & gas (F&G) detection, and process automation.
- Experience with offshore platform design and high voltage substation design.
