Are you an E&I Design Discipline Manager that is fluent in Dutch and are you eager to work on innovative HV offshore substation projects and O&G brownfield/skid related activities? Our client is a leader in delivering advanced engineering solutions that shape the future of the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design discipline.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel within the discipline.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on career planning, education, and training opportunities.
  • Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Plan manpower, resource allocation, and recruit new personnel as needed.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
  • Must be fluent in Dutch.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience with an engineering company.
  • Proven experience in Greenfield lumpsum projects.
  • At least 20 years of experience in E&I design, covering both basic and detailed engineering projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing E&I design teams during detailed engineering phases.
  • Strong experience working with international clients and adapting to different cultural contexts.
  • Excellent communication and editing skills.
  • Demonstrates a solution-oriented attitude and a well-developed sense of responsibility.
  • Extensive experience in E&I design, including high voltage (HV), medium voltage (MV), and low voltage (LV) systems, telecommunication, fire & gas (F&G) detection, and process automation.
  • Experience with offshore platform design and high voltage substation design.
