As a Preservation QC Inspector, you will be essential in upholding the highest standards of preservation for equipment, buildings, piping, and associated ancillaries within our hydrogen projects. Your attention to detail will ensure that preservation protocols are rigorously applied, monitored, documented, and maintained throughout every stage of the project, from procurement to final commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Preservation Oversight: Ensure adherence to preservation standards for equipment, buildings, piping, and associated ancillaries on-site and at offsite storage locations.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Assist with the integration and maintenance of Preservation Checklists within the completion process using advanced tracking tools.
- Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Project Quality Manager and other key teams to execute the preservation strategy effectively.
- Tool Management: Identify, implement, and manage the best tools for tracking and managing preservation activities.
- Inspection & Reporting: Validate and document the progress of preservation tasks, highlighting and addressing any issues that arise.
- Certification Support: Facilitate the final validation and certification of Inspection Test Records (ITR).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality control, particularly in the construction or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding of preservation processes and related tools.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
